What services do we offer?
Commercial and Residential Interior design - at the scale that suits your Project. From styling to full renovation- from Cafe to Hotel. We also work internationally. Whether your project is in Hong Kong or abroad, we're experienced in delivering high-end design remotely — from initial consultations via video to coordinating with local contractors and suppliers. Wherever you are, we bring the same level of care, creativity, and attention to detail.
How do we start a project?
We start with a conversation. Reach out via WhatsApp, email, or book a meeting to tell us about your space and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll discuss your vision, goals, and budget, then provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and design fee tailored to your project. Once approved, we begin — with a site visit to take measurements, assess the space, and dive into the design process. You'll be in close collaboration with your designer every step of the way.
How long does a project take from start to completion?
It depends entirely on the scope. A Design Direction Package is delivered within 1–2 weeks after your consultation. For a full interior project — whether styling and curation or a complete renovation — timelines vary based on project scale, complexity, contractor schedules, building management approvals, and client decision-making. We'll provide a realistic timeline tailored to your specific project during the proposal stage, and keep you updated throughout the process
How do we charge?
For a Tier 1 custom design guide , payment is upfront at booking. For larger design projects, we charge a design fee in phases as agreed on after our initial proposal (e.g., upon completion of Concept Design, Schematic Design). Procurement is handled separately — where provide itemised budgets and purchase only what has been approved by our client.
