This is a large family with four children. The homeowner, Sasha, has lived in this house for ten years, witnessing the birth of each child and creating countless beautiful memories. Because they went from a small family to a large one, they needed more storage space and a tidier, more comfortable home. So in 2020, they decided to renovate, changing the theme colour to blue, attempting to create a more peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in their otherwise bustling home.

Laid-back Lamma Island is a seafood destination easily reached by ferry. The recent opening of Mediterranean restaurant Terracotta by the team behind the bars Shady Acres and Quality Goods Club in Central has elevated the dining options in Yung Shue Wan, Lamma Island’s main village and ferry pier.

Terracotta Lamma, one of Lamma Islands latest openings, is a bar and restaurant offering Mediterranean classics and fresh cocktails by the beach. Here, its co-founder Matthew Richardson tells us why the space is his home away from home.
